Overview
This Fee Disclosure outlines all fees, commissions, and compensation structures associated with the TIOSAN platform and the Independent Business Operator (IBO) program. Please review this document carefully before using our services.
1. Deposit Commission
IBOs earn a 2.5% commission on qualifying deposits made through the TIOSAN platform.
- Commission is calculated on the net deposit amount after any adjustments
- Commission is credited to your IBO account within 5 business days of the deposit clearing
- Deposits that are reversed, returned, or flagged for compliance review are not eligible for commission
- There is no cap on deposit commission earnings
2. Monthly IBO Compensation Structure
Base Compensation
Active IBOs receive a base compensation of $100 per month.
- Requires maintaining active IBO status
- Subject to minimum platform activity requirements
- Paid on the 1st business day of each month for the preceding month
3. Referral Bonus Schedule

Referrals must complete the full onboarding process and maintain active status to qualify for the referral bonus. The 4-month payout period begins when the referred user's account is activated.
4. Applicable Fees

Additional fees may be charged by Column N.A. or Slash Financial for certain banking services. Please refer to your account agreement with Column N.A. for a complete schedule of banking fees.
5. Fee Changes Notice Policy
TIOSAN reserves the right to modify fees, commissions, and compensation structures. We are committed to providing advance notice of any changes:
- Fee increases: Minimum 30 days advance notice via email and platform notification
- Commission structure changes: Minimum 30 days advance notice to all active IBOs
- New fees: Will be disclosed at least 30 days before taking effect
- Fee reductions or eliminations: May take effect immediately
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any fee change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees. If you do not agree with a fee change, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.
